Procedures
1. Receiving an official letter from the entity that desires to receive the guidance and training to the bureau department.
2. Presenting the application to the director general or his authorized person for review and giving the opinion.
3. Sending an official letter to the requesting entity on the taken decision.
4. The librarians train the service recipients on the services rendered in the directorate.
